Lee, no question is dumb!!!
If I understand you correctly, you want to repeat the same starting and ending minutes before and
after top of the hour.
You need to setup the first scheduled starting and stopping time as you want it.
Then use the clone button to copy everything you just setup and then just go in and change to the
next hour setting for starting and stopping times.
