No biggie. All the station has to do is run satellite programming on all
5 streams if they want and sell the local breaks. There is always a
quick way to get the programming up and running quickly. 
Just think, 5 streams. One conservative talk, one liberal talk, another
C&W, another AC and the last oldies.
