[IRCA] Using private communications.

It is unfortunate some on this list choose to complain about others openly.  It would seem a far more appropriate topic for private communications with the list moderator.  Open bickering is to no one's advantage. 

 

As we are all supposed to be friendly, that would go a long way in the direction. 

 

The delete key still works better and is far more appropriate than trying to silence those with which there is disagreement or whose writings some do not understand.
