My R8 is obviously in need of some attention. What do they charge? Is it by the hour, or fraction, and do they charge the return shipping fairly?

Just got my R8 back from Ohio about 2 weeks ago; Drake repaired a broken RS232 port and realigned it back to almost dead-nuts frequency readout. Very quick turn-around, if a bit pricey,
