Re: [IRCA] Howdy

Thanks Patrick,

I think you have a lot more time over me though, I've been sporadic, DXed
for maybe 5 years from 76-81 and just started again about two years ago. I
got back into while I was living in Peru, I started collecting old Phillips
shortwave radios while I was there and started listening for English
language broadcasts which rekindled my love affair with radio. It never went
away, it was just dormant, life kind of took over for a while there. I'll
say one thing, conditions sure have changed a lot since I last DXed on the
medium wave band. I mentioned that I logged KSL on my first night BCB DXing,
that was in great part because it was the only station on at 1 in the
morning according to my log. I just waited until it gradually faded up. It
stayed for about 15 minutes clearly and gradually faded out again.
