IRCA,

I agree with Pat.  The IRCA works just fine for me the way it is.
I don't think we have any need to merger with anyone.

Still in Florida upgrading cell sites, and amazed at the number of what I assume
are Cuban stations, broadcasting time ticks and "RR" in CW.  I wish I spoke
Cuban so I could understand the periodic announcments.
