[IRCA] [Wobbler] 680.

For those who have 680 open for Cubans, R.Rebelde, Ciego de Avila, has had
several strong instances of Wobblers. This has been the case for the last
several nights -- not to mention most afternoons.  (What's a Wobbler?  Check
