[IRCA] Radio format and a new station in Spokane,Wa.

I recently tuned to am 630 to listen to espn radio on that frequency,but low and behold am 630 is now broadcasting oldies and espn radio has moved to am 700 on the dial in the Spokane area.
 630 is KXLI
 700 is KXLX
 920 is KXLY
