Hi Lenny,
The KIWA loop is a great antenna, but... at least here, it has a tendency to 
pick up more noise within / or close to the house, as compared with a 
correctly shielded outdoor wire. So, in relation to noise, you have to solve 
that problem first.

 I don't believe the loops are still being manufactured.
