Re: [IRCA] From the IRCA message board

Dennis,

I bought one of the first SuperRadio 1's. The local Payless (then) now
Rite Aid carried them. They were $49.95 (no sales tax in Oregon), and I
still have it and it still works great. I then bought a SuperRadio 2 at
Payless in Hillsboro. They were closing them out for $29.95. I think the
SR 1 is a bit better on AM, but the SR 2 is better on FM, but little
difference. I tried out an early SR 3 in Hawaii back in 1992 and I was
not impressed. It was about $45 as I remember.
