I just logged my 1400th MW station at Maryland in the form of WCHV 1260!
1260 WCHV VA Charlottesville. 5/19 2229 (ELT) ID by man as "Charlottesville's
News, Talk, and Information Station 12-60." Over the channel mess, including local
WWRC. Unusual conditions tonight with high angle short distance skip dominating
the band. This left the band open from stuff on the short to mid-range that is not
normally heard. (WJH-MD)
