I can hear what I believe to be is the HAR on 1660 khz, although the level is low and the noise here is high. It sounds like ODT though. I also just noticed the NOAA weather broadcast out of Portland on 1650 khz -KIG98. I don't know how long they've been there as I haven't checked out the x-band during the day for quite a while.
