I see them now. FCCinfo.com shows the tower configuration and that helped a 
lot. I'd looked at them before but wasn't sure they were broadcast towers. 
Their proximity to the Bay certainly makes a great ground (like KGO and 
KCBS; they both show up nicely on the satellite pass). They hammer into 
Maui; almost everything goes out to sea at night and they're "only" 10 KW. I 
see they've applied for 50 KW nights from that site; once again almost 
everything would go out to sea. What benefit will they get from that? Maybe 
it looks good on a rate card. KVTA down here used to be 50 KW days and 
pushed it all out to sea. That's why they did it. They eventually reduced to 
10 KW; 50 KW was too expensive.

There is no Russell City except a Russell City Grill and Catering Company 
that appears as a landmark on Google Maps if you don't enter a street 
address.
