[IRCA] KEX is using IBOC

No doubt about it. Checked this morning and very strong has on both 1180
& 1200. Infact it is so strong this morning to totally knock out KLAY.
No sign of them.  A 50 KWer 75 miles away, it is strong. Thank goodness
it is not a local. But IBOC has now come to the Northwest, like it or
not!
They aren't using it on 620 as yet though. KEX and KPOJ are both CC
stations. Is KJR Seattle far behind.  Maybe I will move to the West side
of Kauai. hi.
