Keep in mind one point. FM and TV channels are allocated to serve a specific "Community of License". AM channels are licensed to the OWNER to serve a requested "Community". Any AM channel may change the city of license -- just by application. It requires a Rulemaking for FM or TV stations. So 850 could just file to relocate to Santa Barbara or Summerland or Montecito or what ever. MTM
