Now that you all have a TV theme stuck in your heads :) here are some
houses that will talk to you:

1600  CA  Chula Vista - 4/02 1810 - Talking house for Century 21
Realty at 1157 Pacific Grove Dr. about 1/4 mile from my house.  The
realtor sent flyers all over the neighborhood inviting people to come
hear this one.  Unfortunately it's in a gated community so you can't
get in to see the sign or tune in the station (even on foot!) and the
ad did not mention the station's frequency.  I was just barely able to
pick it up by parking on another street behind the house.  New.

1610  CA  Oceanside - 3/26 1710 - Talking house near the intersection
of CA-76 and Old Grove Rd. in NE Oceanside.  Female voice.  Too far
from home to count in San Diego totals.  (TRH-CA)

talking house.  Male voice on this one.  Too far from home to count in
