Perhaps this has already been
suggested and I missed it, but has anyone contacted (should say, know how to
contact) Arne Coro in Cuba?
Arne is well-known in the SWBC
community, and is an ARO as I recall. If these "wobblers" are coming from
Cuba, or if Cuba is experiencing QRM from them, Arne may be able to offer
some insight.
