[IRCA] WTRI back on the air - It's official - Format change

My local WTRI 1520 is back on the air after being off the air for a few weeks.  IT 
sounds like their format is adult standards and oldies.  They have been shying away 
from rock and roll oldies. Their slogan is Vegas Radio.
