[IRCA] New noise on 920, The Growler...

I like to name my pets.  I call this one the Growler. 

 

On 920 this afternoon, and once previously, there is a low growling, cycling noise.  It is most detectable on LSB, hardly at all on USB, and somewhat on AM.  I can hear nothing beneath this, not even Cuba.
