[IRCA] Re: 1230-UNID

Hi guys --

Interesting... because my records show KKPC-CO does use "News and
information radio" as one of their slogans, but KSJK-OR uses "News and
information service" which is mighty close.  From my travels around
the west, I can vouch that KKPC gets out a ton better than KSJK.
