[IRCA] Re: [NRC-AM] WFIL Test

I didn't notice a big change at 0231 but around 0240 if faded almost
completely out for a bit. Came back after several minutes but noticably
weaker than at the beginnng of the test. The three sets of VVV in code
at 0229 were almost equal to the WFIL in code at 0232 which I presume
were before and after the power/pattern change. Siren sweep at 0233
decreasing in frequency, Full ID and mailing address at 0234, I Get
Around at 0235. 

At 0302 the loud SS with Banda music returned with a very weak UNID
underneath running CNN News and then into a presumed syndicated talk
show with the telephone number 818-817-0021 (CA area code).

Thanks again for running this test Rene. You made my day. I got the
entire thing on one side of a 90 minute cassette which means my
batteries were weak and the tape was running slow. That should sound
funky on my home machine at normal speed. A full report will follow.
