[IRCA] Japanese or Chinese music on 590?

The past few mornings I have been hearing Oriental music on 590 but the 
announcer sounded like he was speaking Spanish!?! This was at 0525 to 0530 
with Dave Ramsey in the background. (Dave Ramsey heard on 01-01-05)
Any ideas?
