The only Canadian I heard on 1580, CBJ Chicoutimi, PQ, moved to FM years ago. The 2004 World Radio-TV Handbook did list that CHUC 1450 Cobourg, ON with a move to 1580, 10 kW DA-2 as "future plans". The WRTH did list CHUC as having an English language format, however.
Many Web schedules aren't up to date...maybe WLIM and WSRF haven't updated their schedules, as posted on the Web.
