[IRCA] Warbler - strange signal...

A while back I posted on the web, recordings and analysis I did on a strange
warbling signal heard on 930 KHz as well as other frequencies in the past. 
I have since improved the web presentation, extended and corrected my
comments and observations, and added a JPG image of the signal after
spectrum analysis processing.
