[IRCA] Off Frequency TIS 1630.06

There is an off-frequency TIS here in Maryland.  One of the several Maryland State 
Highway Administration TISs on 1630 is broadcasting on 1630.06.  This is creating a 
60 hz buzz on 1630.  I am curious about how far this buzz from the off frequency TIS 
can be heard.  If you happen to here it, please leave a message in the list.
