[IRCA] Matching transformer

In unwrapping the wire from my homebrew transformer tonight, (The one I
replaced a few days ago) I did find a lot of the coating had deterioted,
leaving the wraps to short out especially when damp or wet. As soon as I
can I will check the other transformers I have out there. No wonder it
was not working well. The new one works great and my directivity is back
as good as before.
