[IRCA] 1380 UNID

Don Kaskey  San Francisco CA   Drake R8A  Kiwa Airloop    PST used.

1380  ????  Spanish language program with bouncy music noted mostly atop
the frequency from 1625-1645  Friday 11/26/04.  KTKZ-Sacto nulled.  Was
looping more or less ESE.  At times very dominant.  Disappeared on the
dot at 1645 PST.
Would guess this is Lancaster with a new format or at least an ethnic
program at that hour.  The way they went 'poof' would indicate a drop
from 1000 to 11 watts at the appropriate time.  This left KLPZ Parker AZ
almost all alone in KTKZ's null.
Spot for Paul Harvey at 1645 followed by 'Paul Harvey can be heard on
All Country KLPZ and more'.

Can someone down in Southern California check this out.  Highly suspect
Lancaster altho it could be another Mexican move.
