[IRCA] IRCA Mexican List

I thought I should share what has been going on with my efforts to produce 
the IRCA Mexican List --

In the months after I volunteered to do the log, three big events took 
place: I changed jobs, and both my parents came down with cancer.  I am 
making progress editing the data, but obviously much more slowly than I had 
planned.  I should be able to have the list done by the end of the year, 
depending on my mom's situation (she is in worse shape than my dad, and her 
situation is still developing; she has multiple other problems, including 
rheumatoid arthritis, vertigo, and a back injury from a recent fall.  As if 
that weren't enough, she is also having a very bad reaction to her pain 
medication that causes her to have paranoid delusions, hallucinations, and 
symptoms resembling dementia for up to 3 days).

Thanks for understanding.  Prayers for my folks are appreciated --
