Last night I heard the CALTRANS HAR TIS in Santa Ana (I erroneously said Irvine in the previous post) mixing with KSMH and the ESPN station so it looks like that's the UNID. They haven't been heard at night so they either improved their signal or were off the air previously. Calls are KNNN868.
