Per FCC database, sounds like you have WPZQ660 run by the Oregon Dept.
of Transportation. Under this call, they have 6 transmitters (all rated
at 10 watts) on 1650 - locations are Seaside, Astoria, Tillamook,
Lincoln City, Grande Ronde and Florence. They also run WPZS256 with 6
transmitters (all rated at 10 wats) on 1650 - locations are Reedsport,
Coos Bay, Brandon, Corvallis, Veneta and Newport.
