Yes,--  was inactive also this morning July 4th, normaly around 15785 ... 
15787 kHz these days.

ISRAEL. Hoy 4 de julio a las 20:15 se observa inactiva a Galei Zahal tanto 
en 6973 como en 15785 y frecuencias adyacentes, la ultima vez que conseguí 
captarla fue el pasado 2 de julio en 15787 a las 17:50 UTC. Inactiva o al 
menos desde Valencia en España no se capta.
