[HCDX] DRM tests from DW to India

Dear Friends,

According to the DW Monitoring department, today
(10-5-2007) were also DW operating the test
Transmission at 0903-1028 UTC in 17570 kHz. But they
also told that It's a test transmission in New Delhi.
