[HCDX] WYFR on 9620, 2200-2300

Looking to log SODRE-Uruguay again, 05/01 during the
2200-2300 window, a day after having done so on 04/30
for the first time. Heard WYFR pounding in instead.
The updated T-Systems A-07 schedule in my In-box 
shows why:

9620 2200 2300 46S,47W 311 180 218 1234567 010507
281007 WER 500 YFR
