[HCDX] Tianjin LF

Hi,
I got my reception report to Tianjin LF (1386 kHz), Life radio, returned by the post today, marked "unknown". I used the WRTH 2007 address. Is there anybodu out there having got a contact address to them. They have a homepage, but I can't understand what's there.
