[HCDX] P5O French spies?

When scanning 31m, at 2352 UTC on 20 November 2007 a cw loop "VVV VVV VVV P5O P5O P5O 1/2/3/4" was heard on 9944 kHz. This fits the format of the French Intelligence described on http://www.spynumbers.com/enigmaM16.htm but with different callsign. This has already been logged in 2002, but I can't read Japanese:

Any more info on this?
