[HCDX] UNID Arab 11965

Hi,

an unlisted Arabic station was heard yesterday, 20 November 2007, on 11965 kHz at 2039 UTC. It was still on at 2236 UTC. Arabic music, chat, and programme jingles, but I didn't get an ID. No "event" at TOH at 2100, except for 2-3 tones mixed into the studio chat to mark the hour. SINPO 33322. Maybe an additional Voice of Africa broadcast? Any ideas?
