[HCDX] Pirate: under cover radio

6.925   UNDER COVER RADIO   0116Z  13/10/07
Strong signal, in AM, peaking to S9+25db over at times. ID was "Contact us 
at undercoverradio@xxxxxxxx" Have no idea if that is a working e-mail 
address. Program was a bunch of audio clips featuring  George (Read my lips) 
Bush sr. and Bill (Slick Willie) Clinton. Lasted about 22 minutes then 
disappeared.

After the pirate went away, there appeared several stations talking to each 
other in Spanish.  These stations were in upper sideband. Wonder if there is 
some connection between this pirate and bootleggers in Mexico????
