1000 to 1100.  12Oct. Silent as I type at 2325[Wilkner-FL]

Bolivia 4732. Radio Universitaria, Cobija, Pando seems back on the air 
at 2300 GMT with excellent signal,  minus the rtty so far.  Thanks"heads 
up"  by Ron Howard!!! [Wilkner-FL]
