[Swprograms] BBCWS Inauguration Day coverage to begin at 1600 UTC
World Have Your Say program host Ros Atkins will lead the BBC's
coverage, which will begin at 1600 UT. Inauguration itself is at 1700
UT.
Coverage to continue later in the day on Newshour and The World Today.
