Of particular interest to me is Ms. Schiller's experience running the
NY Times' Internet activities.
While NPR isn't obviously a shortwave broadcaster, it nonetheless has
probably supplanted the VOA for those interested in English-language
American viewpoints overseas, since its programming is globally
available.
