Highlights:
--A 50-channel plan will cost $6.99 / month - but will probably
require new receivers
--A $4/month upgrade to current receivers will get users some "best
of" channels from the other service
--Radios capable of playing all channels from both services to be
available "sometime next year"
--Under consideration: some type of limited, free subscription to
those who purchased radios but later canceled subscriptions [I am one
of them...RDC]
--At the company's current stock price (under $1 / share) Karmizan
might consider taking the company private, but doubts anyone would
lend the $$ right now
