[Swprograms] The other shoe... (internet radio receivers)



Now, I'm a fan of internet radio, I like it a lot. There's one weakness only that bothers me about it - the need for a third party internet-based source for quick and easy access to station listings.
 
That kind of thing exposes you to the possibility of subscription fees, information source outages or, worse yet, the source goes away permanently.
 
I've suffered that last problem and am now considering whether to sell the device involved (a Turtle Beach Audiotron) or to bodge something together to keep it sort of working.
 
See? Internet radio listeners are just as much at the mercy of a third party making the stations go away just as the SWL is!
 
That said, anyone know of a quality 'net radio that *doesn't* need a third party site to effectively and easily manage station listings?
