Watching the FCC *work* is about as painful as watching the NY Mets play baseball...  

This merger is (or should be) a near non-issue for an FCC that has approved mergers for the likes of Infinity, Clear Channel, News Corp, and their ilk with record speed.  For them to try and convince the public that slowing or scrutinizing this merger protects them from concentration of control and predatory practices is simply laughable.
