[Swprograms] Why all the revised A06 schedules?

Maybe I just wasn't been paying attention in past end-of-summer
periods, or maybe you guys are just better at reposting these
links, but why the whole buncy of revised A06 schedules from
international broadcasters?  There seems to be a lot lately on
here and in DXLD.  And this is before the coming flurry of B06
schedules that are to come.

Just curious...
