[Swprograms] RFI on Shortwave?

I am working on my NASWA column for June -- I want to focus, on a
semi-regular basis, on broadcasters still on shortwave but not
targeting us in the USA.

Radio France Internationale is such a broadcaster -- has anyone caught
them in recent past on shortwave?  Which times / freqs are the most
reliable in North America?
