But the Medium is the Message,
and here we are talking about
a local Berlin FM outlet.
NPR is heard on the dreadful
AFRN (Armed Forces Radio Network)
near the many US bases in southern
Germany and Berlin as they fill in
local baseball and other sports with
'national' radio for the troops in Germany.
Here NPR is to take over the VoA feed to 87.9 FM

VOA is going, gone from Europe as a local AM/FM station.
