Looks a lot like the jWin JX-M14 portable radio!
I bought my JX-M14 after reading the following
review on the RadioIntel website:

You're right - it's not a Drake R-8B or a
Hammarlund HQ-180AC, but for a shirt-pocket
radio, it's a pretty good performer.
