My guess is that the radio's serial number -- used to "unlock" the
radio -- will specify the frequencies.  Otherwise you'd need some type
of location-based feedback in order to tell the service where you are.
 I have seen no indication that this type of technology is being built
into the receivers.

As you & I have discussed, the CBC Radio One audio is likely to be
available to the USA listener base as well.  Don't know about the
subscription options -- and I doubt The Score would be included,
because most spoken-word audio isn't available directly at the Sirius
website.
