Have to wonder why CBC/RCI is so difficult to hear.  At 0000 to 0100, I 
tried every freq and nada.  9690, 9755, 11990, and 13710 which all claim to 
be for Americas.  Hard to figure they would send it to S. America where few 
speak English.  Another frustrating season trying to hear them.  9625 which 
is not really aimed to the south but to the north is now covered up with 
lots of QRM from other stations.  Have to wonder why RCI feels we in the US 
are not interesting in hearing their programming.

By 0100, 11990 was very weak signal and not really audible.  Just about 
audible on 9625 at 0100.   I have to admit I was so use to checking CBC at 6 
pm local time for "As it happens" for so many years and now it requires time 
shifting or local fm station across the river at 9 pm.  I guess it is time 
to start writing letters complaining.  I am sure they will find a suitable 
file cabinet (circular) for my letters and continue in the same format.
