[Swprograms] Israel returning to winter time

A report on the 1900 UTC Kol Israel broadcast on Saturday (October 8)  
mentioned that Israel is returning to winter time at 2AM (Israel time)  
Sunday.  This should make Kol Israel's broadcast one hour later than they  
currently are.  Here in New York, I've been able to pick up the broadcasts  
at 1730 UTC and 1900 UTC on 15640 kHz with pretty good reception; these  
*should* move to 1830 and 2000 respectively.
